Conference registration<\/a> is now open please register online through https:\/\/www.conftool.net\/asp2026\/<\/a> Early-bird and abstract submission deadline is 30 May 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration fees do not include accommodation. It is the responsibility of the conference delegate to book and pay for their own conference accommodation, please refer to the Advice<\/a> page for accommodation options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conference Registration Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full conference registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include: entrance to all sessions; one ticket to the evening Welcome Reception<\/strong> on Monday June 29, 2026; lunches, and morning and afternoon teas from Tuesday June 29 \u2013 Thursday July 2, 2026 and includes one ticket to the Conference Dinner <\/strong>on Thursday evening July 2, 2026 (at at Sea World, Gold Coast). Delegates who wish to bring an extra guest to the evening social functions must purchase additional tickets to evening functions at extra cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Single day registration includes entrance to the conference sessions on that day, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Day delegates who wish to attend the social functions must purchase their tickets to evening functions at extra cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that the Australian Society for Parasitology advises all 2026 ASP Conference attendees attending this conference in person who are over 18 years of age (includes delegates, speakers, volunteers and any other persons who will be physically attending any conference events) that they should be fully vaccinated with an up-to-date vaccination against flu, COVID-19 and any other relevant vaccines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If delegates are unable to attend due to illness or something else that stops them from being able to attend in person delegates will be able to watch the sessions live-streamed online. The sessions will not be recorded.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

#Day Registration is available online and Day Delegate early-bird rate is $AUD 340 (regular delegates) or $AUD 220 (student\/retiree delegates) per day. <\/em>Single day registration includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, if you wish to attend an evening function please purchase individual tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompanying persons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are bringing guests and would like them to attend the evening functions with you please purchase extra guest tickets when registering for the conference. We advise that guests over 18 years of age be fully vaccinated against flu and COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online registration and payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to offer conference delegates the option of secure online credit card payment through Paypal when registering online for the conference. Payment by direct bank transfer is also an option. All registration must be online, please contact Lisa<\/a> with any queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Coordinator, Lisa Jones<\/a>.<\/strong> Cancellation of registration received by 3rd April 2026 will receive a refund of the registration fee minus any banking transaction charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
